nign tumor which is usually diagnosed by laparotomy. Author experienced it in 46 male patient and treated it successfully by resection. It´s main symptoms are intermittent high fever sustaining for 1 or 2 months, vague abdominal pain and weight loss. Histologic findings are mostly encapsulated solitary tumor, whorled laminated stroma, plasma cell, histiocyte infiltration and phlebitis of portal veins´. Usually it has fair prognosis.
